    _Our client, a leader in chemical manufacturing, is looking to hire a talented Customer Service Representative responsible for shipping coordination, order processing and providing customer support within a warehouse office environment!_

     

    **Location:** Canton, GA (Onsite)

    **Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm

    **Pay:** $24-$27/hr

    What You’ll Do

    + Answer phones and assist customers

    + Enter and process orders (POs, pricing, delivery dates)

    + Prepare shipping documents (BOLs) and send tracking info

    + Coordinate UPS shipments and oversee outgoing freight

    + Invoice shipped orders

    + Handle AR tasks, including occasional collection calls

    + Update customer databases

    + Process sample and MSDS requests

    + Support equipment orders and basic tech questions

    + Work with sales reps on customer accounts

    + Approve freight bills and update reports

    + Enter RMAs and vendor invoices

    + Help with monthly sales and AR reports

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma

    + Customer service experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment

    + Familiarity with shipping documentation and order processing, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Purchase Orders (POs), RMAs, invoices, and related paperwork

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks

    + High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

    + Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
