Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00

VCA North Plano Animal Hospital located in Plano, Texas is currently seeking an enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate must be 18 years of age or older, and be at ease handling animals, providing excellent client care, and exude compassion for each one of our pet patients. You must have great attention to detail, have the ability to multitask, good communication skills and be willing to learn new things daily.

In this position you will be supporting our hospital by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

+ Greeting clients and patients

+ Answering telephones

+ Scheduling and confirming appointments

+ Guiding clients and patients to exam rooms

+ Presenting and processing payments

+ Balancing cash and credit card transactions

+ Making sure the hospital is maintained in a clean and sanitized condition

+ Managing medical records, reports, and correspondence
