Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and talented professional for the following opportunity in San Diego:
Program Coordinator
Full-time, non-exempt
The Program Coordinator is responsible for a range of administrative and clerical responsibilities, including data entry and processing, report design and production, copywriting and editing, quality assurance, customer service, outreach, purchasing, accounts payable and receivable audits, as well as meeting and event support for a multi-year, statewide energy-efficiency workforce development initiative. This role is essential for achieving program operational excellence and robust performance monitoring through the systematic analysis of participant data, key metrics, and stakeholder feedback, thereby ensuring ongoing improvements and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is remote but will be required to come into the San Diego office from time-to-time.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Four years of experience in a professional office environment providing administrative/customer service support
+ Four years of experience coordinating projects
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
+ Professional office and remote work etiquette with demonstrated accountability skills
+ Able to use and troubleshoot issues with a wide variety of standard office equipment
+ Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
+ Able to work collaboratively and effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
+ Able to proactively solve problems and offer practical solutions and recommendations
+ Strong spoken and written English, with business writing and grammar proficiency
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
