Overview
The Business and Industry Copilot (BIC) organization is at the forefront of transforming how Microsoft empowers customers across industries through AI-driven solutions. Within BIC, the Community Experiences Team (CXT) is responsible for building and scaling the next-generation community that connects customers, partners, and advocates across Microsoft’s business applications ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio.
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Content Program Manager to join our team. This role combines deep product storytelling with program leadership. You will champion the value of AI-driven ERP, amplify our product vision, and drive cross-team community programs.
In this role, you will create and deliver compelling product demos that resonate with audiences online, at conferences, and at industry events of all sizes. You will also define and execute data-driven community programs that foster engagement, expand reach, and contribute to business growth.

This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities
1. **Community Program Management:**
2. Define and manage scalable community programs that support business goals and community growth.
3. Use data and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and community impact.
4. Collaborate with community moderators, product teams, and other stakeholders to align initiatives with product and community strategy.
5. Drive innovation in community experiences to increase engagement and learning.
6. **Demo Development:**
7. Create engaging and visually impactful demos that showcase Dynamics 365 ERP features, use cases, and benefits.
8. Tailor demos to specific audiences, emphasizing relevant scenarios and industry applications.
9. Collaborate with product teams to stay up to date on the latest features and enhancements.
10. **Stage Presence:**
11. Deliver polished presentations that leave a lasting impression.
12. Handle unexpected situations with adaptability.
13. **Technical Proficiency:**
14. Understanding of Dynamics 365 ERP, AI capabilities, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, MCP, Agents, etc.).
15. Demonstrate how to configure, optimize, and showcase intelligent ERP processes and AI-driven ERP scenarios.
16. Address technical questions and challenges related to real-world implementations, security, and governance of ERP solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or experience in a writing or editing role
+ OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience in delivering technical presentations, demos, public speaking, or similar roles.
+ 2+ years of experience with storyboarding, narrative development, and storytelling techniques in the context of developing product demonstrations.
+ Experience presenting live demos at large-scale conferences and industry events.
+ Demonstrated ability to handle challenging conversations with poise.
+ Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as consulting or technical sales.
+ Basic video recording and editing experience with tools like Camtasia, Clipchamp, OBS, or others.
+ Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 ERP and familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, or other ERP solutions.

Content Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
