If yes, then this could be the role for you! You would work in the Executive Office of the SME&C as the business management lead.
We are hiring for a Director - Business Programs. Skills you will grow in this role include leading the business management team, organizing and coordinating across various leadership communities and events, developing the executive rhythm of the business at a SMEC leadership level, maximizing the effectiveness of your leader, and budgeting and forecasting. Location is flexible, but what’s required is a high-energy, detail-oriented team player with great communication skills, a passion for getting things done and for how those things get done, and a desire to help the SMEC team and Office thrive.
Responsibilities
+ Rhythm of the business (ROB) – You will develop and help execute SMEC leadership rhythms and several leadership communities through a streamlined and integrated ROB as well as secure the facilitators and develop the content needed for these forums to be impactful.
+ Maximizing and extending the Chief of Staff – Leveraging knowledge of your leader's goals and approach, you will ensure team activities are aligned with the leader's objectives and commitments. You’ll work to optimize the leader's impact and time by organizing the communications of the leader and performing triage and comms on behalf of the leader to expedite the business. You will also help with the broader Office team’s ROB, people development, and culture plans.
+ Budget and forecast – Using your understanding of the organization's strategy and deliverables for the upcoming year(s), you will design budgets and ensure successful execution against those plans. You’ll contribute to the identification of actions that will course-correct.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
