Compensation: $146,946 - $183,492; This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

Responsibilities
+ Provide timely, quality communication, direction and analytics regarding risks and opportunities for business results to include gap closure plans to ensure overall success of profit center
+ Be present in branches and key face of the organization across all functions/associates
+ Responsible for overall business performance, as measured by P&L performance – to include: growth, customer service, associate experience, shareholder value, end-to-end operational cost
+ Daily analysis of business KPIs to execute immediate actions to improve own development, communication, and adherence to the ReadyRefresh brand and relevant standards to ensure safety, service and productivity compliance.
+ Uphold organizational safety initiatives through the regulation of safety policy compliance, behaviors, and the identification and adherence of safety improvement opportunities
+ Own resource allocation, retention, and engagement to ensure business growth and sustainability.
+ Support the professional and personal development of Leaders through coaching/development of performance objectives and personal growth/development goals.
+ Align cross-functional initiatives and action plans to achieve growth and execute business results within the profit center
Qualifications
+ 10+ years in Customer Service or Operations roles focused on premium customer delivery.
+ 3+ years of leading execution through line leaders (e.g. 20+ indirect associates), including talent development and performance management, preferred.
+ Demonstrated success in a number of diverse customer service and operations roles.
+ Extensive experience managing operational delivery, warehouse, and safety system.
+ Ability to weigh tradeoffs to arrive at a solution that is acceptable for consumers, associates, and Primo Brands.
+ Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience managing and anticipating change and challenges, and problem-solving for gap closure with decisive action.
+ Prior experience managing a P&L/budget responsibilities, with a focus on profitability and EBITDA, preferred.
+ Ability to influence within region and cross-functionally.
+ Ability to think strategically to weigh options for best outcome.
+ Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
+ Travel up to 40%.
