QMAP/Residential Counselor

Performs duties as delegated by a licensed nurse. Administers medications to patients as directed and documents the administration to the patient's medical record. May assist with general clerical duties.
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Valid QMAP certification.
+ One year experience as a licensed QMAP.
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
Contract Details:
+ Location: Aurora, Colorado
+ Facility: Psych Step up/Step Down House. (15 Beds)
+ Modality: QMAP (Residential Counselor)
+ Shift: Sunday-Wednesday | 1p-11:30p Sunday and 10p-8a Mon-Wed with an hour break | 40 hours per week
+ Contract Lengths: 6 Weeks
+ Local Pay: $26/hr.
+ Notes: Residential Counselor will be expected to do med pass 3 times a day, meal prep, and be the house manager helping with any issues and making sure the residents are taken care of and feel comfortable mentally.
