    Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking CNA to support patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about behavioral health and looking to grow within a supportive, clinical environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Round on patients and monitor their well-being

    + Take and record vital signs

    + Assist with meals and daily activities

    + Understand patient needs and maintain therapeutic relationships

    + Support clinical staff in maintaining a safe and structured environment

    Qualifications:

    + Active CNA license or Bachelor's degree in Psychology

    + Previous experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred

    + Strong interpersonal and observational skills

    + Ability to work assigned shifts and maintain consistent attendance
