About the Role
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of pharmaceutical facilities? We’re seeking a **Construction Planner/Scheduler** with a strong background in **systems planning** and **pharmaceutical project experience** to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do
+ **Develop and maintain** detailed construction schedules for complex pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and regulatory requirements.
+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** —including engineering, procurement, and construction management—to optimize timelines and resource allocation.
+ **Integrate systems planning** into project workflows, ensuring seamless coordination of mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
+ **Monitor progress and performance** , proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
+ **Leverage advanced scheduling tools** (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) to deliver accurate, data-driven insights for stakeholders.
+ **Drive efficiency and compliance** , ensuring all planning adheres to GMP standards and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
+ **Experience:** 5+ years in construction planning/scheduling, with proven expertise in **pharmaceutical projects** and **systems integration** .
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project), strong understanding of construction methodologies and system planning.
+ **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical facility requirements.
+ **Soft Skills:** Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
+ **Education:** Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
