**Responsibilities** :
- Lead the strategic sunset of an enterprise ticketing platform. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, low-risk transition for customers, internal teams, and downstream systems while preserving business continuity and data integrity. The Product Manager will own the end-to-end decommissioning lifecycle—from discovery and stakeholder alignment through migration, shutdown, and post-sunset validation. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, technical acumen, and experience managing platform transitions at scale.
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for sunsetting a legacy ticketing platform, including discovery, roadmap definition, migration, and final decommissioning
- Lead cross-functional coordination across architecture development, change management, knowledge management, and operations to manage dependencies, mitigate risk, and ensure business continuity
- Define and execute user, workflow, and data migration plans to replacement systems while maintaining service quality and compliance
- Drive stakeholder communication, success metrics, and post-sunset validation to ensure a smooth transition and capture lessons learned
