About the role

As an Oracle Cloud Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end implementations across Finance and Supply Chain domains. You will be a valued member of the Oracle Solutions Practice and work collaboratively with clients, project managers, functional architects, and cross-functional teams to drive program excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

In this role, you will

+ Lead program planning, governance, and stakeholder management for large Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives.

+ Develop and manage comprehensive program plans including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.

+ Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, ensuring timely resolution of risks, dependencies, and conflicts across teams.

+ Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and Oracle best practices throughout the program lifecycle.

+ Reporting on the overall progress, creating and maintaining project plans.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables, manage reporting, and maintain transparency with leadership and stakeholders.

What you need to succeed (Required skills)

+ Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM/ERP transformation programs with multiple end-to-end implementations.

+ Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud functional architecture and design principles, including SCM and ERP modules.

+ Previous experience in Oracle Design and best practices.

+ Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

+ Agile / PMP / Scrum Master certification.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)

+ Experience with various cloud, SaaS, and on-premises.

+ Exposure to CMMI Level 5 compliance processes for ERP programs.

+ Oracle Cloud Certifications.

Working Arrangements

At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client office in San Jose, CA.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 – 162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
