    Salesforce Sales Solution Architect

     

    As a Salesforce Sales Solution Architect, you will make an impact by driving revenue through identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for the CXCRM Salesforce team. You will be a valued member of the CXCRM team and work collaboratively with clients, technical SMEs, and internal stakeholders to craft tailored digital transformation roadmaps leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem.

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead solution orchestration by crafting the right technical solution with SMEs.

    • Own proposals and manage Statements of Work (SOW) end-to-end.

    • Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce Account Executives for ecosystem networking.

    • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

    • Act as a strategic bridge between client business challenges and technical delivery teams.

    What you need to have to be considered

    • Strong Salesforce platform knowledge and solutioning experience.

    • Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Experience with proposal ownership and SOW management.

    • Background working with CMT North America clients.

    These will help you stand out

    • Established relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.

    • Experience in digital transformation roadmaps.

    • Ability to identify gaps and optimize workflows.

    • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging Salesforce capabilities.

    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

    Benefits:

    The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 to $240,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
