WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Jensen Infrastructure is hiring an Industrial Recruiter to support high-volume manufacturing hiring across multiple locations. This position is **remote** but must be located near one of our plants in California. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be managing full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and building strong talent pipelines—while delivering a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact through hire.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
• Managing full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles, from job posting through offer acceptance and pre-hire onboarding coordination.
• Partnering with HR and site leadership teams to understand staffing needs, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Prescreening candidates by evaluating skills, experience, interest level, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating interviews, offers, background checks, and pre-employment screenings.
• Tracking candidate activity and maintaining accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system.
• Supporting recruiting events, job fairs, on-site hiring events, and other recruiting-related activities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of experience sourcing, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other candidate search technology.
• Demonstrated strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
• Supporting recruiting efforts across multiple sites or locations.
• Strong organizational skills while managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience (strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (a plus).
