The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona for the 2026 Spring Training season!

As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.

This position is a seasonal position that begins mid-February. Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium will be held from February 22nd through March 21st. Employee schedules start three hours before the start of the game with typical shift availability needed from 10am - 5pm. Example: 10am start time for a 1pm game with gates opening at 11am.

Pay

$15.15 - $15.15 / hour

What will you do?

+ Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner

+ Serve food and beverage items, following proper sanitation guidelines and adhering to all alcohol service policies

+ Participate in the set-up of the kiosk, arrange inventory, and notify stand lead of any inventory shortages

+ Maintain a clean appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment

+ Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and maintainaccurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift

More about you

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Available to work Spring Training event/game days

+ Must have or obtain a Maricopa County Food Handler's Card

+ Basic math skills such as simple addition and subtraction

Physical requirements

+ Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

+ Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

+ May be required to work in narrow spaces or variable temperatures depending on the season
