Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience within a corporate environment.
+ Provided comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating communications and assisting with office operations.
Preferred Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or a related field preferred. Familiarity with graphic design concepts or experience in graphic design.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, required.
+ High energy, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments under tight timelines, required.
+ Strong organizational, administrative, decision making, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a teamwork orientation, required.
+ Strategic and conceptual thinking skills, required.
+ Professional demeanor and confidence interacting with management and union personnel, and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information, required.
+ Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and sound judgment, and provide quality customer service, required.
+ Project management skills, preferred.

Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
