+ Design and implement robust integration solutions that improve efficiency and streamline our business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including other software engineers, enterprise architects, business analysts, and project managers, to develop scalable and efficient integration architectures.

+ Lead and mentor junior level integration engineers. Design and develop scalable and efficient integration solutions that leverage modern integration techniques and tools such as APIs (Application Programming Interface), microservices, event-driven architectures, and data integration platforms.

+ Lead efforts to work with stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate requirements into technical designs.

+ Maintain system-to-system data synchronization, ensuring data accuracy and availability.

+ Develop processes/procedures/best practices for monitoring integrations and proactively troubleshoot errors, latency issues, and failed data transfers.

+ Lead efforts to develop integration best practices. Document integration architecture, data mappings, process flows, and deployment procedures.

+ Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant data exchange.

+ Lead efforts to configure and support middleware platforms, including performance tuning and error handling.

+ Lead efforts to develop common reusable integration framework and components to be shared with all other integration developers.

+ Extensive integration experience.

+ Lead/architect complex integration scenarios.

+ Cloud architecture/integration decisions and new technology setups
