### Job Duties
The role of the Senior Manager, Operations - Dispatch Technology operates as the business driver for Institutional operations, overseeing the implementation and optimization of dispatch technology. The Senior Manager, Operations - Dispatch Technology will be a key member of the Institutional Operations leadership team and will be accountable for coordinating, facilitating, and managing the deployment and ongoing use of dispatching platforms to maximize service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a process-driven strategic leader who can collaborate, ideate, motivate and drive execution across multiple stakeholders and can skillfully deliver rapid, sustainable, and measurable value to our business and our customers.

What You Will Do
Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of dispatch technology platforms, including vendor integration, and change management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration and operational alignment.
Develop & drive leadership alignment on critical KPIs to support driving efficiencies in Operations org
Establish processes and protocols to ensure service team achieves service delivery goals and objectives
Lead strategic initiatives to drive new processes, tools, and solutions for your team and business.
Manage vendor relationships for dispatch technology platforms, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, service-level agreements, and performance standards.
Partner with technology vendors to implement enhancements and resolve issues, leveraging feedback from internal stakeholders and operational insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize system functionality
Position Details
10% overnight travel may be required (more if remote)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
8 years of professional work experience
5 years of project / program management experience
Proven experience implementing dispatch technology platforms for service teams using Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or MBA.
3 years of people leadership experience
Vendor management experience
Experience in business-to-business service operations in industries such as facilities management, field services, logistics, or similar.
Strong technology adoption and change management skills.
Ability to drive operational results that impact the bottom line.
Ability to implement change initiatives and adapt to changing business environments.
Leadership and career progression managing within a service organization

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
