It’s a unique legacy of innovation that’s fueled by great technology—and amazing people. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. Join the Enterprise product team in NVIDIA IT to drive the development of outstanding solutions to improve employee experience, business productivity and to drive IT operational efficiencies. As part of this initiative, we are building generative AI-based conversational virtual assistants, copilots for enterprise applications, operations management solutions and other forward-looking solutions across IT and other business functions including sales, HR, finance, and supply chain balancing build-vs-buy investments.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will identify and explore complex problem spaces—from up-front research and insights through ideation, prototyping, and development—while owning the quality and craft of the end-to-end user experience. You will bring keen visual judgment, crafting clear, intuitive, and polished interfaces that support real-world enterprise use. You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, tackling ambiguous problems, and leading through influence while rallying cross-functional support across product areas. If you can envision the future of enterprises powered by AI, join us and make an inspiring impact.

    What you will be doing:

+ Lead the design and re-design of impactful product experiences ensuring high-quality, user-centered outcomes across our product offerings.

+ Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes across various levels of fidelity.

+ Contribute to and help shape product vision, user needs, and iterative development in close partnership with product and engineering.

+ Own the visual quality, polish, and consistency of enterprise-facing products, applying strong principles of layout, hierarchy, typography, and interaction design.

+ Lead and collaborate on user research activities, including discovery research and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate solutions.

+ Create and share strategic design artifacts—such as customer journeys and future-state visions—to align teams and guide decisions.

+ Plan and facilitate collaborative design-thinking workshops that help teams explore ideas, align on direction, and make good product decisions.

+ Bring user-centric perspectives to discussions about product, establish and articulate product strategy and end-to-end product experience.

+ Advocate for accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.

    What we need to see:

+ Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

+ 12+ years of experience as a UX Designer, shipping high-impact products in close collaboration with engineers, designers, and data scientists.

+ Portfolio or work samples demonstrating end-to-end product work, strong visual design craft and translating complex enterprise workflows into intuitive user experiences.

+ Prior work demonstrates an understanding of business value and product strategy, resulting in successful design outcomes and measurable impact.

+ Demonstrate how technical constraints and opportunities have informed product decisions, and guide others in planning and structuring work accordingly.

+ Ability to navigate and drive clarity in highly technical and dynamic product environments.

+ Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners to align teams around a shared vision and cohesive execution.

+ Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and influence decisions with senior stakeholders.

+ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React) to effectively collaborate with engineering partners and understand technical constraints.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

+ Experience designing enterprise, developer-facing, or internal tools used at scale by technical users.

+ Experience contributing to or leading design-systems, including establishing patterns, guidelines, and visual standards across products.

+ Experience building AI-powered or agent-based workflows, copilots, or intelligent systems that support decision-making or automation.
