Job Summary

Summary:

The Banquet Cook plays a key role in executing high‑quality banquet and event dining. This role supports large‑scale food production, ensures consistency, and brings creativity and precision to every plate. If you thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen and love being part of a team that delivers exceptional experiences, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

+ Prepare, cook, and present menu items for banquets, private events, and large‑scale functions

+ Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet kitchen operations

+ Collaborate with chefs and culinary leadership to ensure timely service

+ Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

+ Support inventory, prep lists, and daily production needs

What We’re Looking For

+ Previous experience as a line cook, banquet cook, or similar culinary role

+ Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment

+ Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills

+ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules

+ A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
