    Salary:** $100,000–$105,000 + **20% Cash Bonus** + **20% Equity Bonus

    What You’ll Do

    As **Site Manager** , you’ll lead all aspects of operations for our Coupeville location, including:

    + Overseeing personnel needs—hiring, coaching, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

    + Managing customer relationships and partnering with local municipalities to ensure top-notch service and secure contract renewals.

    + Driving safety and compliance with DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations.

    + Developing and implementing efficient processes to maximize safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

    + Creating and monitoring budgets, analyzing P&L performance, and improving ROI.

    + Setting short- and long-term goals in collaboration with your Division VP.

    + Managing facility maintenance, fleet maintenance, Customer Service, and Operations.

    + Defining and executing market strategies to grow the business.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Experience:** 5+ years managing in a dynamic, people-driven environment.

    + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

    + **Skills:**

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.

    + Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

    + Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and business systems proficiency.

    + **Other:**

    + Ability to travel regularly and relocate for future promotional opportunities.
