Job Description
Evergreen, Insight Global’s Manage Service Division partners with a large local utility company and their Data Mgmt & Analytics team. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team supporting the Work Visualization Product Suite. This role is critical in driving organizational and design initiatives across multiple visualization products while managing relationships with partner development teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Ownership:
o Manage a suite of visualization products ensuring timelines and deliverables are being met.
o Oversee various initiatives, some UX based, across the product portfolio, ensuring intuitive and impactful user experiences.
o Collaborate with partner teams responsible for development and testing.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple executive stakeholders across Electric Distribution, Electric Transmission, Emergency Operations, and (Regional Senior Managers/Regional VPs).
o Deliver compelling presentations and facilitate onsite training sessions for large audiences.
• Strategic Planning:
o Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization for new and existing products.
o Ensure alignment with organizational goals and cost management strategies.
• Product Delivery:
o Transforms product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization.
o Owns end-to-end feature delivery, including working with user experience designers on prototypes, creating and prioritizing user stories, analyzing user data to drive decision making and documenting delivery of releases.
o Reviews all product deliverables (UAT, usability, etc.) to assure the offering is complete and meets customer and operational needs
o Provides product feedback and customer insight to support product development.

Skills and Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Manager – ideally 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, business leads, and stakeholders.
• Strong feature/capability requirements-gathering experience with stakeholders/leadership.
• Ability to write clear user stories, develop user journeys, and build user personas.
• Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in creating high-quality PowerPoint decks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable speaking to large groups and executives.
• Ability to work Pacific Time working hours (8-5pm) – no exceptions
• Collaborative - has strong interpersonal skills; cares about and works well with teammates
• Experience with data & analytics product development
• Works well in ambiguous environments and is flexible to take on different roles and responsibilities. • Familiarity/Experience working with GIS and ESRI-based visualization tools.
• Experience in data visualization and mapping solutions – ability to visualize data within a mapping solution.
• Electric Utility industry knowledge/experience.
• Understanding of PG&E’s business, and technology development strategies and objective
• Preferred knowledge of Palantir Foundry workspace
