• Facilities Analyst II

    Job Description

    Generate plans, acquire materials, and schedule services for facilities-related activities.

     

    Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and operational requirements.

     

    Research open jobs and validate labor, tools, and parts availability to meet customer requests and regulatory requirements (e.g., safety, environmental).

     

    Collect, log, and analyze facilities data to support operational decisions and identify improvement opportunities.

     

    Maintain configuration control of facility data, processes, equipment, and documents.

     

    Support routine and project-based requests, including renovations, repairs, and asset management efforts.

    Experience in property manager or facilities management

     

    Microsoft Office experience

     

    Customer relations experience

     

    Experience managing financials

     

    3+ years of experience Project Management certification

     

    Additional certifications

     

    Any degree(s)

    CMMS experience

    Experience with Carigo or Zara
