These experiences enable consumer, business and creator agents that help connect and create in new ways not imagined before.
Required Skills:
Director, AI Research Responsibilities:
1. Drive the team's goals and technical direction to pursue opportunities that make your larger organization more efficient
2. Partner & collaborate with organization leaders to help improve the level of performance of the team & organization
3. Contribute to research that enables learning the semantics of data (images, video, text, audio and other modalities)
4. Help Advance the science and technology of intelligent machines
5. Provide both technical and organizational leadership

6. 10+ years of technical industry experience
7. Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance management
Public Compensation:
$271,000/year to $347,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
