Insight Global is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Safety.
The Vice President of Enterprise Safety leads the company’s safety strategy across North America, guiding executive leadership on safety culture, compliance, and risk reduction. This role sets enterprise safety standards, drives cultural transformation, oversees a high‑performing safety team, and builds partnerships to position the organization as a safety leader in transportation and logistics.

Skills and Requirements
15 years in safety and risk management
5+ years in executive‑level safety leadership (VP or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Occupational Safety, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Director of Safety (CDS) required
Strong expertise in FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations across federal, state, and provincial levels.
Executive safety leadership in large fleet environments (500+ vehicles) with proven safety performance improvement.
Experience leading safety programs across multi‑site, geographically dispersed, and cross‑border operations.
Willingness to travel 50–60% for field operations, site visits, and industry engagement. Experience leading safety programs in large transportation, logistics, or fleet‑based organizations.
Expertise with advanced telematics, predictive analytics, or ADAS safety technology.
Background in Behavior‑Based Safety (BBS) or Human & Organizational Performance (HOP).
Familiarity with fleet electrification, alternative fuels, or clean‑fleet sustainability initiatives.
Strong experience presenting at industry safety conferences or partnering with regulatory agencies.
