Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join one of their clients in the Maspeth area (onsite 5 days a week, 7AM-4PM). With our client being a leader in the tri-state area for steel signage, we are looking for someone that has experience working with steel (design, fabrication, or installation). This individual will maintain budgets, project tracking and documentation, draft designs, and own projects through until installation. This candidate should understand relevant pricing, contracting and permits as well. This individual must also be comfortable being client facing.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years experience within construction project management, specifically with working with steel fabrication and/or installation projects

-Experience managing budgets, design/project schedules, managing contractors, permits etc

-Experience being client facing -Experience with AutoCAD
