    Job Description

    Day-to-day:

    Design, implement, and operate enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with a primary focus on SailPoint IdentityNow. This role supports access governance, identity lifecycle management, automation, and integrations across cloud and on-prem environments. Acts as a technical leader for major IAM transformation initiatives and partners with internal teams and external consulting firms.

    Responsibilities

    Design, implement, and support IAM and IGA solutions

     

    Build and maintain integrations across enterprise systems

     

    Develop automation for identity lifecycle and access governance

     

    Provide system administration and troubleshooting

     

    Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve access needs

     

    Lead and coordinate work delivered by external consultants

     

    Ensure timely delivery of project artifacts and milestones

    Salary: 122k

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IAM tools

    Strong integration experience with:

    Active Directory

    Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

    SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

    Solid understanding of IAM protocols:

    Kerberos, SSO, OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC

     

    Scripting and automation for IGA systems (Java, BeanShell, SailPoint NERM)

     

    Ability to design and automate identity governance solutions SCIM provisioning

     

    Access certifications and governance programs

     

    PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)

     

    Familiarity with Saviynt or other IGA platforms
