Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Sr. Consultant focused on OpenShift Virtualization & Infrastructure. The Senior Consultant will act as a technical leader, designing, implementing, and optimizing modern platform and DevOps solutions for enterprise customers. This role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenShift, including OpenShift Virtualization and Infrastructure, along with 4+ years of DevOps experience focused on Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will also have 3+ years of experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, or similar platforms. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate application delivery, improve platform reliability, and apply DevOps best practices. Experience with Ansible and familiarity with VMware or other non-OpenShift virtualization technologies are considered strong pluses.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience with OpenShift

• Within OpenShift:

• Experience working with OpenShift virtualization and OpenShift Infrastructure

• Experience working with Platform Deployment for OpenShift

• Experience working with Advanced Cluster Security for OpenShift

• 4+ years of DevOps experience (Kubernetes, Containerization, etc.)

3+ years working with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc) • Experience with Ansible

• Experience with VMware and other non-OpenShift virtualization technologies

Government security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, etc.
