Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an Office Administrator to join the Tunnel Management team at one of our largest utility clients in the Northeast. This is a hybrid/onsite 6-month contract opportunity in Queens with the possibility of extensions (dependent on performance and business needs)
This individual will play a critical role on a team of 6 in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, accurate documentation, and effective reporting across several business and safety functions. Day to day responsibilities revolve around ensuring smooth administrative workflows and accurate financial data. There may also be aspects of presenting on business and safety data to leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented and has excellent communication skills.

Skills and Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma or Associate's degree
- Strong familiarity using PowerBi or Tableau for reporting or dashboards
- Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office - Bachelor's degree
- Construction or Utility experience
