Job Description

We are looking for a Database Engineer to support one of our clients within the locomotive manufacturing industry. This is a large organization that is on the United States fortune 500 list with a presence all around the globe. This Full Stack Developer will be joining the Corporate Applications team to support their database.

Key Responsibilities:

- Database version upgrades

- Database patching

- Database cloning and refresh automation

- Performance tuning ( indexes, stats, query plans, memory config)

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Database Engineer or DBA

- Postgres

- Oracle

- MSSQLServer

- Hands on experience maintaining an organizations database including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
