Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst / Project Manager (7–10+ years) to lead workstreams within a large scale merger and acquisition program. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in banking/financial services, has run enterprise scale M&A integrations end to end, and is highly skilled at gap analysis and roadmap development to drive Day 1 readiness, regulatory compliance, and post close synergies. This role partners with technology, operations, risk/compliance, product, and front line business leaders to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

7-10+ years exp as a BA/PM

Experience running large mergers and acquisitions - (preferably for a bank or financial services industry)

Experience understanding gap analysis and providing a roadmap

OKAY WORKING DOWNTOWN 5 DAYS/WEEK Mainframe understanding
