• Healthcare Construction Senior Project Manager

    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager within the healthcare and construction space to support a new $80MM MOB in Downingtown PA.

    Project Coordination & Operations:

    Coordinate site and office operations across estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and construction to support seamless project execution.

     

    Establish and maintain the master construction schedule, including procurement timelines, fabrication and manufacturing lead times, field coordination, installation sequencing, and integration of owner/architect directives and field conditions.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Owner, Architect, and project consultants.

     

    Lead regular project meetings with the Owner and Architect to review progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.

     

    Provide ongoing updates regarding project budget, schedule status, and key decisions.

     

    Serve as an advisor to the Owner and Architect throughout the project lifecycle.

    Quality, Safety & Compliance:

    Ensure quality control and safety programs are established, implemented, and maintained throughout the project.

     

    Coordinate project logistics including phasing, agency interactions, and mock-up requirements with the Owner, Architect, and field staff.

     

    Review drawings and specifications for design deficiencies, impractical details, or code issues and communicate findings to the Architect.

     

    Verify compliance with insurance, bonding, safety, labor relations, EEO, and tax requirements.

    10-15 years of experience within construction

     

    10+ years experience within healthcare

     

    New Build and Renovation experience

    $25MM+ experience
