Job Description: Insight Global’s client, an internationally recognized Teaching and Therapeutic Community, is seeking a Senior Recruiter who not only excels in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting but also acts as a strategic partner to leadership. This role goes beyond filling positions—it requires someone who can build and optimize recruiting systems, develop standardized processes (SOPs), and serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers. The recruiter will lead biweekly check-ins to ensure alignment and progress while managing a diverse range of roles—including administrative, case management, and counseling positions—some within correctional or highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and optimize recruiting systems and processes; serve as a strategic partner and right-hand resource to leadership.
-Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers by running biweekly check-in meetings to ensure alignment and progress and develop SOPs to standardize workflows.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and urgency.
-Actively source candidates using traditional and non‑traditional methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X‑ray sourcing, ATS mining, and community outreach.
-Conduct high‑volume screening, maintaining an average of 10–15 phone screens per day.
-Manage a high‑volume requisition load of up to 200 flagged openings, with approximately 40–45 active requisitions at any given time.
-Prepare for, schedule, and conduct phone, virtual, and in‑person interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a structured and compliant process.
-Manage job offers, negotiations, and offer execution in partnership with People Operations.
-Coordinate job postings and manage internal and external job advertising.
-Support job fairs, campus visits, and local recruiting events as needed.
-May support Community Advocate responsibilities as required.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $37/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
-5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
-Proven experience building and optimizing recruiting systems and SOPs, with a track record of serving as a strategic partner and trusted resource to leadership.
-Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
-Demonstrated ability to manage 40+ requisitions simultaneously.
-Experience recruiting across multiple role types (administrative, professional, field-based, regulated environments).
-Experience recruiting for Executive, Director, VP level positions.
-Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
-Experience leveraging diverse candidate sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, etc.
HR certification (SHRM-CP or equivalent).
LinkedIn Recruiter certification.
Experience recruiting for positions requiring background checks, certifications, or special clearances.
Experience in non-profit, logistics, corrections, healthcare, or similarly demanding environments.
