Description:

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead printer administration and management across the organization.

+ Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality.

+ Execute installations, updates, and system upgrades for enterprise infrastructure.

+ Implement and maintain advanced system security methods and techniques.

+ Create and maintain detailed documentation critical for system rewrites and ongoing operations.

+ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

+ Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

+ Independently learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and business functionality.

Required Skills and Experience:

Candidates must demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in the following areas:

+ Demonstrated experience with Printer administration and management. 8 Years

+ Demonstrated experience Fairfax management. 8 Years

+ Demonstrated experience Secure Doc (WinMagic) administration. 8 Years

+ Knowledge of basic system management (troubleshooting) processes/systems. 8 Years

+ Knowledge of information management, file structure, and data representation. 8 Years

+ Knowledge of advanced system security methods and techniques (for example Crowdstrike, Defender, Manage Engine Endpoint Central). 8 Years

+ Complete assigned task; communicate accurate and useful status updates; follow quality standards; Ability to work in a team environment. 8 Years

+ strong communication skills; both written and spoken. 8 Years

+ Perform on-call duties for nightly and weekend patching/upgrades/troubleshooting as needed. 8 Years

+ clear, strong and precise Verbal and written communication skills are needed in order to work and coordinate with multiple teams. 8 Years

+ Work independently with little supervision or guidance.. 8 Years

+ Willingness to independently dive in and learn new systems, processes, and business functionality. 8 Years

+ Delivering assigned tasks with accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

+ Attention to detail, particularly in generating documentation foundational to system rewrites. 8 years
