We are seeking a skilled **Building Engineer** to maintain and optimize the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of a commercial property. The ideal candidate will ensure the building operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.

Pay: $** **30.00** **- $** **35.00** **/per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.

+ Monitor and operate building automation systems (BAS) to maintain optimal performance.

+ Respond promptly to service requests and emergency situations.

+ Conduct routine inspections and document findings.

+ Assist with energy management initiatives and sustainability programs.

+ Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.

+ Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.

+ **3+ years of experience** in building maintenance or engineering.

+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

+ Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management practices.

+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
