Overview

The Gate House Attendant is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role combines hospitality and security, ensuring controlled access while providing a warm, professional welcome that reflects the community’s luxury standards.

**Pay:** $18.00- 19.00 Per Hour.

**Basic Qualifications** :

+ Must be 18 years of age

+ Previous experience in hospitality or luxury residential communities; experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

+ Ability to remain calm, professional, and diplomatic in all situations.

+ Effective time management and adaptability to changing circumstances.

+ Exceptional organizational and documentation skills for planning and reporting.

+ Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

+ Flexibility to work early/late hours and weekends.

+ Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments as required.

**Responsibilities** :

+ Maintain accurate daily reports and visitor records.

+ Monitor security cameras and gate equipment, promptly reporting any issues.

+ Assist with emergency response procedures as needed.
