Job Skills / Requirements

Security Supervisor / Field Supervisor

We are seeking a professional, dependable Security Supervisor to provide excellent customer service, rapid response to incidents, and strong leadership across multiple client locations.

Responsibilities include:

+ Monitoring and patrolling assigned sites

+ Responding to incidents and emergencies

+ Enforcing client procedures and company standards

+ Completing accurate, detailed reports

+ Serving as first response across multiple locations

+ Applying progressive discipline when authorized

Requirements:

+ Valid Level II Security License (TXDPS)

+ Prior supervisory experience (Lead, Shift Lead, Field Supervisor)

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Ability to pass an extensive screening process

+ Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

+ Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Drivers License Non-Commission Security License (Level II)
