**Job Type:** Full-Time | Consultant (12 Months, Temp-to-Perm)

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

**Pay Rate:** $38.00–$58.00 per hour

Shape the Next Generation of Aviation Support

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a **Teamcenter Administrator** who will play a critical role in supporting and advancing next-generation Integrated Product Support (IPS) systems. In this high-impact role, you’ll own and evolve enterprise Teamcenter environments that enable collaboration, reliability, and innovation across aviation programs.

What You’ll Do

+ Own **Teamcenter Administration** for the enterprise, consulting with business leaders and application users to deliver technical and functional solutions

+ Lead the design, build, and testing of delivery systems and components across the IPS application suite, including **Teamcenter, Cortona 3D, and SLICwave**

+ Support additional engineering applications as needed, including patching, upgrades, and end-user support

+ Develop creative, sustainable solutions to reduce recurring issues and manual troubleshooting

+ Partner with IT peers to ensure compliance with security controls, vulnerability management, and system currency

+ Respond quickly and effectively to incidents and outages to minimize downtime

+ Communicate clearly with business users regarding issues, maintenance windows, and project updates

+ Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to understand and translate business requirements

+ Create and maintain accurate, detailed system and support documentation

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field

+ 5+ years of experience with **application and Windows server administration**

+ 5+ years of **Teamcenter system administration**

+ Hands-on experience implementing and upgrading Teamcenter

+ Strong understanding of user authentication technologies (Kerberos, SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc.)

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences

+ Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently

+ Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and adaptability in dynamic environments

Preferred Skills

+ Experience with tools such as **JIRA, Git, SVN** , or similar

+ Exposure to **Logistics Systems** and/or **Service Bill of Material (SBOM)**

+ Basic database knowledge

+ Familiarity with **Linux OS**

+ Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and time management skills

+ Ability to mentor peers on technical skills and process knowledge

**Pay Details:** $38.00 to $58.00 per hour
