The Role at a Glance
As the Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will lead prioritized recruiting initiatives through an established PMO cadence. You will be responsible for planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to ensure hiring goals are achieved on time and within budget. This role serves as a strategic connector across Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, RPO partners, and HR technology teams.
What You’ll Do Day to Day
+ Lead technical and process improvement projects within Talent Acquisition.
+ Develop and implement productivity tools, dashboards, and standardized documentation.
+ Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets for recruiting initiatives.
+ Track hiring progress and performance metrics using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, and TA dashboards.
+ Facilitate regular PMO cadence meetings, reporting, and executive-level updates.
+ Coordinate efforts across TA, HR, business stakeholders, analytics teams, and RPO partners to remove roadblocks and maintain momentum.
+ Ensure alignment between recruiting strategy, operational execution, and business priorities.
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years of proven project management experience within Talent Acquisition or HR programs, including stakeholder management, communications, planning, tracking, reporting, analytics, and budget control.
+ Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting or another ATS, including pulling and analyzing recruiting reports.
+ Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools for TA metrics.
+ Experience coordinating with RPO partners, vendors, and cross-functional HR teams.
+ Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Familiarity with PMO recruiting methodologies, including role tagging, cadence management, and dashboard reporting.
+ Experience with A3, Daily Management, or other Lean process improvement practices.

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $53.65 per hour
