About Transportation Optimization:

Our team is dedicated to transforming how Walmart moves products across the country. We operate at the intersection of data, technology, and logistics, using advanced analytics to solve complex transportation challenges. As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver the right products, at the right time, in the most efficient way possible. Join our Transportation Optimization team as a **Senior Data Analyst** and help shape the future of supply chain efficiency at Walmart. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise to drive impactful business decisions, optimize operations, and deliver measurable value at scale. **What you’ll do:**

+ Identify, extract, and validate data from multiple sources to support business needs

+ Develop and implement data quality checks and data governance best practices

+ Translate business requirements into actionable data projects and insights

+ Create compelling data visualizations and present findings to stakeholders

+ Mentor junior analysts and promote data quality awareness

What you’ll bring:

+ Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)

+ Experience with data quality management, data governance, and large-scale data ecosystems

+ Strong business acumen across multiple domains (e.g., supply chain, finance, technology)

+ Proven ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions

+ Expertise in statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis techniques

+ Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities to reinvent processes using GenAI agents

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
