About the Team:

Our dynamic design team delivers comprehensive solutions across digital advertising, packaging, video, email, and social campaigns, supporting multiple business units. We leverage data-driven insights and advanced tools to develop strategies that enhance Walmart’s market presence. By collaborating with cross-functional partners, we execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive business success and foster continuous improvement. This in an on-site role in our Irvine, CA that requires 5 days a week in-office. **What You’ll Do:**

+ Design a wide range of marketing materials, digital content, packaging, and branding collateral.

+ Lead creative innovation, introduce best practices, and champion emerging technologies like AI to enhance workflows.

+ Manage cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment on graphic strategy and timely project delivery.

+ Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

+ Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

What You’ll Bring:

+ Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop), Figma, and visual design principles.

+ Proven experience in brand development, digital, and print design—preferably in consumer electronics, entertainment, or agency settings.

+ Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver user-focused, visually compelling solutions.

+ Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and team development.

+ Effective communication skills and a passion for creative excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
