The Manager of Data Transformation leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for modernizing data architecture, improving data accessibility, and enabling advanced analytics and automation. The manager will work closely with business units, IT, and data stewards to ensure that transformation efforts align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
+ Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for data transformation aligned with enterprise priorities and digital initiatives.
+ Architecture Modernization: Partner with IT to evolve data platforms, pipelines, and integration frameworks to support scalable and secure data operations.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to identify transformation opportunities and ensure adoption.
+ Governance Alignment: Ensure transformation efforts comply with data governance policies and contribute to enterprise data integrity.
+ Enablement & Change Management: Lead training and change management efforts to support adoption of new data tools, processes, and platforms.
+ Performance Metrics: Define KPIs to measure transformation success, including improvements in data quality, accessibility, and business outcomes.
+ Innovation & Automation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation to enhance data-driven decision-making.
+ Documentation: Ensure appropriate documentation of processes and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
+ Manage validation and certification of business-critical standard reports.

For This Role, You Will Need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in data architecture, transformation, or analytics.
+ Proven success leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
+ Strong understanding of enterprise data systems and governance frameworks.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Experience with Flow Controls systems and data architecture.
+ Familiarity with Oracle, SolidWorks PDM, and enterprise data platforms.
+ Prior involvement in standing up new data management functions or offices.
