+ **Hours:** 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)

+ **Pay Rate:** $18.00 per hour

+ **Temp to Hire-** eligible after 90 days

Job Summary

The Production Assembly Associate works as part of a team responsible for assembling complete products or individual components within a manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow production procedures while exercising moderate independent judgment under supervision.

Education & Experience

+ Entry-level position; up to 1 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibility Level

+ Exercises moderate independent judgment

+ Works with guidance and direction from a supervisor

Required Skills

+ Verbal and written communication skills

+ Analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

+ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control practices

+ Understanding of cost-efficient manufacturing techniques

+ Familiarity with relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and safety practices related to protecting people, data, property, and facilities

Key Duties & Responsibilities

+ Rotate through all tasks required within the assigned production process

+ Assist in determining work assignments and procedures

+ Perform general labor tasks, including shoveling and sweeping work areas

+ Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts (as assigned)

+ Provide assistance in the production and assembly of wiring assemblies

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Work Environment

+ Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting

+ Standing, bending, and repetitive motion required
