As our **Director of Distribution Operations** , you’ll have the autonomy and influence to make a real impact across multiple sites and third-party logistics partners. About the Role

You’ll lead distribution operations for Post Consumer Brands and our 3PL partners, ensuring safety, service, and cost excellence while driving continuous improvement. Expect a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on engagement—building relationships, solving problems, and using data to identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide operational leadership across multiple sites and 3PL facilities.

+ Coach and develop site leaders and supervisors to build high-performing teams.

+ Drive efficiency and continuous improvement using data and lean principles.

+ Oversee budgeting, labor planning, and capital projects.

+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and inventory standards.

+ Travel regularly (16–20 trips per year) to stay connected with operations.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

+ Proven people leader with a track record of coaching and developing talent.

+ Experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations.

+ Strong initiative and ability to identify trends and bring forward solutions.

+ Comfortable influencing at all levels—operators to senior leadership.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field required.

+ 10+ years in supply chain with at least 5 years in multi-site leadership OR complex site leadership.

+ Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Location & Travel

Based in **Lakeville, MN** with regular travel to distribution sites (up to 50%).

The pay range for this position is $113,987 - $177,820 per year.
