    Responsibilities

    Join our Human Resources Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team as an OE Performance Partner (OEPP), driving assessment, action planning, and implementation support to enhance associate experience, organizational culture, and leadership effectiveness. This hybrid role offers autonomy and flexibility, with periodic day travel to locations primarily within the greater Nashville, TN area.

We live out our calling of bringing health, healing, and hope to all across Middle Tennessee through our integrated health system of 18 hospitals, 320 sites of care, and more than 13,000 associates.

     

    Serve as a resource and partner to business unit leaders and HR Business Partners to support effective execution and adoption of key initiatives. Assess and improve business unit performance related to talent, culture, quality, and experience.

     

    + Contribute and collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and the national Organizational Capability Solutions (OCS) teams, to provide services, solutions and support that drive a consumer centric culture, business outcomes and leader accountability for the business unit.

    + Implement national and local operational initiatives by using business analytics to identify and remove barriers to success.

    + Influence change throughout the business unit and partner with leaders to implement standard leadership, culture, talent, organizational effectiveness, and “on-site” solutions that are aligned to measurable outcomes, including associate and consumer experience indicators.

    + Maintain a leader case load, assess and recommend actions to address performance gaps for identified case load/business units and provide ongoing consultation with business unit leaders.

    + Provide ongoing education and resources for business unit leaders, helping to build business acumen.

    + Build strong rapport and trust with the business unit leaders, national OCS team, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve the credibility to enable challenging discussions around performance.

    + Use business analytics to forecast, strategize, and identify new opportunities to enhance the associate experience.

    Requirements

    Education:

    + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
