What You'll Contribute
The Associate, Business Analysis will support the business analysis function by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making and operational improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, assist in data analysis, and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing business processes
What You’ll Do
+ Provide recommendations on creditworthiness of educational institutions by conducting financial and qualitative analysis using an inbuilt tool.
+ Ensure ongoing compliance by regularly reviewing and monitoring the performance of existing partner institutions complete with website reviews and reviews of commission actions.
+ Conduct market/industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support providing actionable insights on how evolving market conditions may impact business strategy and performance.
+ Assist in execution and automation of operational processes.
+ Support the development and maintenance of operational documentation, including process manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and identify opportunities for analysis and improvement.
+ Conduct research and gather relevant information to support analysis and provide context for findings.
+ Review discharge cases by collecting evidence and providing recommendations as per procedure
+ Assist in developing and presenting reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analysis findings to stakeholders.
+ Support project management activities, including tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverable
What You Have
Minimum: education, skills and experience required.
+ Add: Self-starter, strong organizational skills.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or related field
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data sets and develop data-driven strategies.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams.
+ Interest in market and industry research.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Preferred
+ 1+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
+ Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
This role will require travel.
