This position has been allocated for an Internal Medicine board certified or eligible physician.

Hospitalist

We are searching for a collaborative Hospitalist to join our inpatient team at Park City Hospital.

+ This position includes an enhanced rural location starting bonus, relocation assistance (determined by distance), a Value Recognition Payment annually based on meeting quality goals, thoughtful stewardship of our healthcare system, and achieving high standards in performance reviews as they relate to citizenship.

+ While this position is designated as full-time, typically requiring 15 shifts per month; a reduced FTE may be considered based on individual circumstances.

+ This is a great opportunity to join a group of 3 other hospitalists and provide direct inpatient care with the assistance of a nurse coordinator

+ As a 501c3 organization, our caregivers are eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

+ Classified as a Hospitalist position, shifts vary close to an equal split of days and nights

+ Park City boasts a diverse patient population including high rural care volume, seasonal, and Park City residents

What you’ll bring:

+ MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

+ ACGME Accredited Residency training in Internal Medicine, **with a preference for Med/Peds training**

+ Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and, if Med/Peds trained, Pediatrics

+ Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

+ Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

+ Current BLS Certification is required before the first day of employment
