    What You'll Be Doing

    + Assist in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and machinery.

    + Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance.

    + Support senior mechanics in equipment installations and upgrades.

    + Participate in safety training and follow all safety protocols.

    + Document maintenance activities and report equipment performance issues.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

    + Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    + Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions.

    + Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
