Primary Purpose
The Travel Logistics & Events Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing all aspects of corporate travel, event logistics, and executive support functions across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end travel operations, vendor management, policy compliance, and event planning for both internal and external business needs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and able to operate with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and independent judgment.
Essential Functions
• Lead and manage all corporate travel operations, including airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and travel policy compliance.
• Develop and maintain company-wide travel processes, policies, workflows, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide high-touch travel support for executives, large training groups, field teams, and event participants.
• Analyze travel data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Troubleshoot urgent travel issues, delays, or changes and provide 24/7 support during peak travel periods.
• Manage vendor relationships with airlines, hotels, rental car agencies, and travel management platforms.
Event Planning & Execution
• Lead planning, logistics, and onsite execution for corporate events—including trainings, sales meetings, conferences, leadership visits, and special projects.
• Build and manage event budgets; track expenses and prepare financial reconciliations.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors such as venues, hotels, transportation partners, A/V, and catering.
• Oversee end-to-end event logistics including agendas, attendee communications, , transportation, accommodation, and onsite support.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Administrative & Operational Support
• Responsible scheduling and confirming meeting coordination, and executive scheduling as needed.
• Build professional reports, presentations, and travel analytics dashboards for leadership.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and compliance files.
• Handle sensitive company information with confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Other Responsibilities
• Provide onsite event support (up to 25–30% travel).
• Support cross-functional initiatives related to travel, logistics, and corporate events.
• Perform additional tasks and special assignments as requested by leadership.

Salary Range
$66,700.00 – $96,700.00 / year
Pay Transparency Statement
At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
