Field Supervisor– Westchester County

**Location:** Westchester County, NY

**Total Hours:** 24 hours per week

**Employment Type:** Part-Time

Schedule:

+ **Saturday & Sunday:** 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ **Monday:** 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Field Supervisor** to support security operations throughout **Westchester County** . This role is responsible for ensuring officer compliance, site standards, and client requirements are consistently met across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable traveling between sites during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct post inspections and site checks

+ Perform uniform and appearance inspections

+ Complete patrols and client-required tours

+ Carry out client-mandated inspections

+ Verify officer licensing and credentials

+ Ensure site and officer compliance with company and client standards

+ Assist with scheduling and coverage needs as required

+ Document findings and report issues to management

Qualifications

+ Prior supervisory, or field operations experience preferred

+ 3+ years of security experience required

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce standards

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Reliable transportation is required

+ Strong communication and report-writing skills

+ Professional appearance and demeanor

+ Ability to travel between multiple sites within Westchester County

+ Valid NYS Driver's License required + clean driving record
