    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Senior Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions within cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

    Role Description

    + Lead CRM Development: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect, design, and implement CRM solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your focus will be on delivering systems tailored to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Project Operations. Responsibilities include developing and managing workflows, cloud flows, form scripting, and leveraging the Dynamics CRM SDK.

    + Technical Leadership: You will provide strategic technical leadership to the CRM development team by mentoring developers and driving best practices in software development. Emphasis will be placed on security, performance, scalability, and maintenance.

    + Customization & Integration: The role involves customizing Dynamics CRM entities and managing workflows, cloud flows, and JavaScript. You will also implement advanced form scripting and integrate CRM with other enterprise systems, such as Quote Management, AX, and EMS.

    + Project Management: Collaboration with Solution Architects and Project Managers/Owners is essential to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. You will ensure CRM projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.

    + Technical Governance: You will conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, perform technical and solution reviews, and oversee production deployments and releases.

    + Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for all CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations is a key responsibility.

    Skill Level Requirements

    + The ability to understand and utilize cloud computing technologies, including virtualization, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS delivery models, to implement and manage scalable cloud solutions. - Intermediate

    + The ability to write, debug, and maintain code in various scripting and programming languages to automate tasks and develop software solutions. - Intermediate

    + The ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and solutions by leveraging systems and infrastructure effectively. - Intermediate

    + The ability to systematically identify, document, and manage the technical needs and specifications of a project by engaging with stakeholders and analyzing business objectives to ensure successful project outcomes. - Intermediate

    + Proficiency in implementing and managing DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and monitoring to enhance the collaboration between development and operations teams - Intermediate

    + Proficiency in using SQL for database management, including tasks such as querying, updating, and managing relational databases to efficiently handle data retrieval and manipulation - Intermediate

    + Proficiency in utilizing Platforms as a Service (PaaS) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, including tasks such as application hosting, database integration, and development tool support; Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services highly preferred - Intermediate

    + Proficiency in using Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks for database interaction, including tasks such as mapping objects to database tables, managing database schemas, and performing CRUD operations efficiently - Intermediate

    + Proficiency in using Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies, including tasks such as writing automated test cases before code implementation, ensuring code quality, and facilitating continuous integration and deployment - Intermediate

    Other Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience required

    + 8+ years of experience customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 across customer engagement modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Service, and other solutions within Power Platform.

    + Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages), Power BI, and Power Automate.

    + Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions development is highly desirable, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Apps, Bot Framework, and REACT JS.

    + Proven expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CE technical architecture design.

    + Ability to travel 10%

     

    The estimated annual pay range for this position is $130,000 - $185,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
